Usb 3.0 Header Problem

When I was installing my motherboard today I saw that one of the pins in my usb 3.0 header on the motherboard was bent. I figured it was worth a try to just bend it back, so I did. Then the usb 3.0 cable plugged perfectly into the header. Later I was testing all my ports to find out if they worked and it turns out the 1 of the 2 usb 3.0 ports doesn't work. I was curious if one bent pin can cause only 1 of the 2 usb 3.0 ports not to work. If so how should I go about this, should I return the motherboard for a new header, or is that not possible and its a case i/o panel problem. Thanks for any help.

Solution
I presume you are talking about the 19 pin USB 3.0 header. It depends on which pin was bent and if it was disconnected from the solder point when it became bent. If the MB is still returnable, yes. RAM it.
