Alright, so today I had to do a complete wipe and pave on my Desktop computer because it wasn't booting up. Before, it was running windows Vista 64 bit, but the back up discs we used were for windows 7 64 bit (My laptop's OS). It ran TF2 at about 60 fps with maxframes configs, and Quake live at 80 fps with high performance config. But now They both run at like 3 fps.
