So I have been looking for two new graphics cards maybe gtx titans to replace my old one. If I do I want to water cool them so do the hydro copper gtx titans already have cooling blocks or are they just water cooling graphics cards that are ready to go install the water cooling. I will be running the cards in SLI if it changes anything.

Solution
The Hydro Copper cards already have EVGA's water blocks installed, but you'd need to hook them up to your water cooling loop to have them function.

The HydroCopper cards are just normal cards with water-blocks pre-installed. Buy them, hook 'em up to a pre-existing loop and your good to go.

Running the cards in SLI does change things. Make sure to have the cards in parallel (in terms of flow order), that will reduce restriction by a fair amount (to 1/2 that of a single card). You can get them in parallel by having them set up like this.
