hi
i have been saving for a while and hope to build the best i can with my budget. So far i have identified the following components :

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.O, AMD FX835, Asus Radeon HD7970 DirectCU II 3GB GDDR5, h100 rad, 2x SSD in raid and 1TB hd, case NZXT Phantom 630

Can anybody recommend some good ram and PSU to go with this system? Any input would be very appreciated.
Ps: i do intend to to add a second GPU and overclock in the near future

I have also considered CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z for motherboard because it supports faster ram but not so sure since it does not support pcie 3.0 and has a shorter warranty, would i get any benefit from upgrading the motherboard and coupling it with faster ram when i overclock?

I appreciate the advice some of you guys give is unparalleled and would not dream to get even if i pay for it, so i would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your sincere an genuine contributions :)

I'm not sure about the warranty, I replaced the mini heat sinks and voided the warranty. I've had it for ~3 months, I've been running the GPU fully overclock 24/7 and the CPU overclocked at 5ghz 25/7. Also it was only yesterday that I changed to a custom water loop, I had a h100i before that. I've had no problems so far.

Get an EXT motherboard, are rigs are almost identical. I've been satisfied with my motherboard. The cheapest two 4gb sticks you can find is fine. Also higher RAM clocks isn't always good, the more you overclock the RAM the lower the latency.

Dude im a huge anime fan! the whole gundam thing looks cool but i am hoping to airbrush a custom dbz design and think the overall cleaner looks of the nzxt would make a better canvas. What would you recommend for PSU? I will do crossfire ond overclocking so i would like to buy the right psu from the get go so i dont have to worry bout upgrading later. I used various psu wattage calculators and most recommend 1200 watt psu. Do you think i need something that high?
