660evga sc edition card issues

I have been trying everything with this card. i went as far as Reformatting my whole disk . The problem i am having is that when i play games on DX 11 settings i get a black screen , but when i play games on DX9 they all work. I been on the phone with Gigabyte updated my bios. been on the phone with Evga updates drivers and its still not working . I replaced the 7850 card with the 660 and it is starting to look like i made ahorrible choose.

Specs:
Windows 7 HE SP1
8GB ddr3
GA-970A-UD3 (mb)
500W Azza psu
AMD 6300
AMD Liquid Cooling

No i took the first card back and got this one today. its not the GPU. Its not the power supply cuz some games play on dx11 and some don't. And yes i completetly reformatted my HDD which had the AMD stuff and Updated the Nvidia to 320.49.

Yea this is VERY wierd. Im slump i hav no idea what could be causing this issue. and appently niether does Evga. Any ideas anyone have? iv reinsalled drivers back and fourth, updated the bios , Reformattd my HDD to insure that all AMD was removed.
