why do i lag gitter/skip

amd fx 4130 3.80ghz not oc
8gb ram
amd radeon hd 7770 ghz edition
1tb hard drive

i saw a benchmark where this gpu ran skyrim at 30fps on high settings with like 1900xxxx some really high resolution but i cant even play borderlands 1 on low settings with 800x600 it usually around 49fps but it jitters and skips often so it doesnt seem like it and its not enjoyable i dont understand why can this be?

Try turning vsync on in the in-game display settings (vsync will cause the game to run at your monitor refresh rate. It reduces screen tearing.

Shows your gpu at 39 on skyrim but note the text mentions how cpu bound skyrim is - and the test cpu is a six-core sb-e cpu at 4.3ghz. I'd guess your cpu may be a little underpowered.

Yes in short your CPU is slightly bottlenecking. Remember Skyrim is a CPU intensive game.

i changed my power mode to high performence and tryed to run borderlands 1 my computer crashed and i got stop x124...... ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff it cant be my gpu or psu so either my ram motherboard or cpu is jacked up

Not that kinda power... I mean your cpu is not cut out for skyrim. A decent overclock might help.

i know my computer used to automaticly restart randomly and i thought it was the graphics card overheating but after having this one and it still restarts for no reason not just skyrim everygame i play has this unjoyable skip every often

used live updated from msi to detect updates and i had to update my bios now everything works fine
