Combining two different cards in SLI? Same card different maker

Is this possible?
I'm running
i5 4670k i think
8GB DDR3
aftermarket heatsink
700 PSU
2TB HDD
120GB SSD
MSI GTX 770

and i want to add and
ASUS GTX 770


Can i do that?

yea its possible, but it would be better to get an msi one.

One BIG problem I see, is that your psu will definitely not be enough for 2 770. You need at least 850W.

One BIG problem I see, is that your psu will definitely not be enough for 2 770. You need at least 850W.


Yes at least a 70amp+12v rail for reliable SLI. Tkx
1 GTX 770-600 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 42 amps on the +12 volt rail.
