And the prices are bit higher there. I think I'll grab the ASRock H77M-ITX

Salam Alykom :) and Happy Ramadan :) ,

you should buy the Memory in Pairs , not one only , to use the dual channel.

get 2x4G =8G DDR3 1600

4G is very low for you :)

and the Mini itx Mother board has only 2 places for RAM , so using 2x2G=4G means you cant put more memory in the future without sacrificing the old ones :)
