Hi, I'm using windows 8 and whenever I boot it tells me that there's an error like paged from non-paged pool something like that. I've ruled out the parts. I'm using 3 HDDs. 2 ssd and one hdd.

C: = Main boot SSD windows 8 installed
D: = desktop files, documents and my music, pictures

HDD:
H: = games partition
I: = Media files partition
P: = programs installed partition

My hdd is a 2TB hdd.

I disconnected all drives except the boot drive (C:) and it boots fine.

next, I plugged my D: drive which has my desktop files and my music pictures, and it boots fine.

But, after I plug my 2TB drive, it does the error. :(

But I can boot to safe mode with all drives, (this is my current state as I'm writing this now), and can access all the files in the 2TB drive. What causes this? Please help guys.

I really don't know if that's a good idea. It's an internal HDD. Not an external one. I need to plug it in through SATA interface.

The only thing I can think of causing boot issues with a multi drive system would be if the system reserved partition(or BOOT folder) was on the media drive for some reason(lets say the drive was used for an OS in the past). This would however NOT cause any IRQ error, just a general boot error or ntloader error.

I know when I installed the Win8 preview it did install its boot loader on another drive, but I just added it back to the proper drive with easyBCD.

If you check Disk Management you can see all the partitions, can I get a screen of that please?

I have seen strange things happen from time to time in a multi drive setup.

One thing to check for also is that the bios is not trying to BOOT from the other drive when it gets installed(have had that with many Asus boards.).

As long as the system is set in AHCI mode, you can actually hotplug the drive.

How do you know there's a Dynamic disk setup? What do you think should I do now?

Need help in here. I found that there's an unknown drive. I don't know the cause. But I think it's coming from the media drive that I have.

No i dont have any usb or readers attached. I know that it just the partitions. I dont know why i can't still boot normally to windows with my 2tb hdd connected. It gives "paged in non paged area" kind of error or something like that. What could be the cause?
