So i recently purchased a new mobo + RAM + case and transferred the parts from my old PC to my new case, using all the old parts except the new mobo and RAM. After installing everything into the new case and turning it on, I got a no signal on screen. After looking through, I saw that my GPU fan was not spinning. I tried switching the PCI slots on my PSU but still no fan spinning. Everything else is working, and I know all the parts are compatible. I'm using a 500W PSU and it was working just fine with my old PC and the GPU. Does the fan not spinning indicate the GPU is broken, cause I have no idea what else is wrong? Thanks.

CPU - AMD athlon II X4 645
mobo - MSI 970A-G46
RAM - 8GB ddr3 1600mhz
GPU - XFX HD radeon 6770 1GB
PSU - Rocketfish 500W ATX (600W max)
Case- Antec 900
Storage - 1TB seasonic HDD
optical drive
2 120mm case fans

When i turn on the PC all the LED lights come on, the case fans spin, the CPU heatsink fan spins. Only thing thats not working is the videocard fan. I tried switching PCI slots but no luck there.
