So I've made 2 gaming rigs and can't decide which one will suite my needs more. I want my PC to be able to run most games in 1080p at about (or higher) 35 FPS. I also want this build to last the next 3 years and be overclocked to 4.0-4.3 MHz. I was wondering which one of these builds was better because I couldn't decide.

Solution
I would go for the first one. Reasons:
-Hyper 212 EVO will be all you need to overclock to 4.0 - 4.3ghz.
-Games only use 4-6gb of ram and will continue to do so, so 8gb is enough.
-Much stronger gpu. The GTX 770 can max out Crysis 3 on 1080p with 40+ fps.
-Doesn't have an SSD, but I would prefer better gaming performance over 20-30 seconds faster booting time.

However, it can still be tweaked to be better:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($225.49 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ Outlet PC)

-The best of both worlds. Sticking with the incredibly strong gpu, allows for overclocking and adding an SSD all at the same price.
