I have a 250w power supply and a horrible NVIDIA Geforce 7050/nForce 610i chipset that is unable to play Fallout 3. I need a video card under $100 that could play Fallout 3/New Vegas on medium settings(or close to). I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

The 7750 is about the strongest card you can buy that does not need an auxiliary 6 pin power lead.
Usually, a 250w psu will be able to power the slot that the 7750 needs.

If push comes to shove, you should be able to buy a corsair cx430 for about $30 after rebate.

first of all can you upgrade your PSU to at least 350-400W? and secondly, for 100$ radeon HD 7750 is a great card and does not require a aux. power connector as it consumes about 55 watts at max load. so that leaves about 200 watt for the CPU and other things. if your CPU isn't a really power hungry one, and if your PSU is not a generic one then you might be able to manage the 7750.

but nonetheless i recommend upgrading to atleast 400W in the near future to stay in safe zone.
