Alright I have this as a base right now, Im wondering if I should get a new processor and mobo, or just OC this. Would it make a big difference in gaming to update to i5 3570K/ Z77 motherboard ?

Well the idea is to save as much money as possible, so if it wont make a big difference I will stick with my current cpu/motherboard.

Yeah but you can OC that 920 to 4.0GHz easy
And then there is not so much difference in FPS
Buy a SSD if you do not have one. SanDisk is cheap and fast enough :) Reliable too.
Or if you upgrade the CPU and mobo then take 4670k or 4770k + gigabyte X-D3H

I would go for a new GPU PSU and ram now. At some point yes you will have to upgrade the CPU and motherboard but the parts you buy now can come along when that time comes. While the CPU will hold you back some it would hold you over until you can get the rest for a complete system upgrade.

Here is the thing if you upgrade the CPU and motherboard now and the GPU is holding you back it would still be holding you back with even after the upgrade. So while you will not have the best performance you could get it would still be a lot better given that most games more more GPU dependent than they are CPU.
