Unplug your computer from the wall socket and remove the CMOS battery from the board (round battery) leave it out for a few minutes and put it back in.

Most random shutdowns are usually signs of a faulty power supply.

Ok i reset, hit delete to enter bios, found nothing about resetting cmos but as i hit save and exit i saw something called reset defaults,i hit that and it asked me to reset optimized defaults,i clicked yes and hit reboot,is it all done now?

I had eco mode set and its put it back to standard mode now,any reason to change back to eco?

Nothing crashed while running it so looks like im in the clear

(Tested from 11.01am - 11.07am)

I have followed all of your steps and trust that this PC wont shut down by itself again, thank you for your time & for dealing with my newbie self lol
