or its just a faulty GPU.Any help will be much obliged.thankx.
My power supply is Cooler Master Extreme 500W
Gpu is INNO3D GTX 660 .......:(

Solution
Well, coolermaster extreme 500 is a bad psu.
Only deliver 59% of labeled power rating, and the above that is fail to deliver good quality output, really high noise output .. (http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-500-W-Power-Supply-Review/728/7)
that's mean, your PSU can deliver only 295 watt output power to feed your system..

And gtx660 class a power hungry graphics card, this cards eat 150 watt from your PSU. well, you just have less than 150 watt to feed rest of your system component..

For accurate diagnose :D, well, what is your complete system specs..?

but, however, i insist to suggest you to get better psu.
SeaSonic S12II 520 520 watt is an excellent psu..or SuperFlower SF-500P12A 500 watt also...
