Two things
1. You are aware that your motherboard only supports crossfire and not SLI? Just asking since you have chosen a Nvidia card and may have plans running two cards in the future.
2. What resolution are you gaming at since you have picked the 1 GB version of the 650 Ti Boost?

Otherwise it looks good. Things you may want to consider:
Your motherboard is a decent choice but may be unnessecary. Your CPU doesn't allow any overclocking so you won't be needing the OC capabilities. If you have chosen this motherboard to future proof capability to overclock you need to consider that new CPUs will use LGA 1050 socket and therefore you may have limited options in upgrading your CPU since this is LGA 1155 socket. You can consider getting a cheap B75 motherboard now and save the money for later upgrading.

Just an input.
