Hi, my computer will turn on, case lights will show, CPU and GPU fan work, peripherals show signs of life and all components seem to be working but nothing will display on the screen not even the BIOS splash screen.
I'm using HDMI for the display and I've tried both the GPU HDMI output and the motherboard's own and nothing seems to work. I know the display is working as I use it for devices and I presume the HDMI cable is working as when turning off the pc from the power button it was show something for a fraction of a second (just a while line or a weird coloured block, but this happens a lot when normally starting the computer).
I don't think the computer is booting properly either as a single touch of the power button will turn it off and normally this requires 3-5 seconds of holding.
Any ideas to what is the problem? Thanks in advance.
