Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 question

Hello i have Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0 and i am ready to build with all parts i have but i don't know where i put the pins for switch ( pc chasis)
i got user guide and i think is called "System panel connector (20-8 pin PANEL) is this the right plase??

Section 1.2.2 of you manual number 10 on the board layout diagram. Use the Q-Connector with it to make it easy. Put the jumpers onto the Q-Connector according to the label and then put the Q-connector on number 10.


I take it this is your first build. If it is, might be worth asking someone near you for help as well.

I have read the book 3 times and the only thing i find is this 20-8 pin connector.
any ides?
