Hello everyone. I am thinking about a water cooling loop for my CPU, and maybe eventually my gpu. But anyway the Waterblock I'm looking at http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-069-XS has G1/4" threads and the tubing I'm looking at http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-122-XS&groupid=962&catid=1530 has 1/2" ID.

So will these fit and also am I missing something that goes inside the tubing or something.

This is my first time doing anything with water cooling so sorry if I sound like an idiot. :)

Solution
G1/4" refers to the thread of the fitting, the part that screws into blocks.
The ID is the inner diameter of the fitting, which is just how wide it is. They aren't related.

So the fittings screw into the block and the tubing fits around the fitting. Right ok thanks a lot for the advice, it really helped. :)
