SG05 Build, need advice on psu and cooler!

CPU: Intel Core I7 4770
Mobo: Asus H87I-Plus
RAM: Gskill 1X8GB DDR3 1600mhz
Chasis: Silverstone SG05 /450W PSU
GPU: Leadtek GTX760 2GB DDR5
HDD: WD 1TB Caviar Blue HDD
ODD: Asus 24x Sata DVDRW

Is that PSU enough for this build?
Should i include a cooler?

Suggestions and Recommendations are appreciated.

Yes, the case and the psu are fine. That psu can handle fine that system. If you want a cooler would have to get a low profile one like:

No, you don't have to. The intel's cooler is not great and it's load at high speeds. If you find it annoying and your temps are not great then you should buy one of the 2 coolers that I told you.
