Yes, it will work with the PCI-Express slot available.
Which graphic card is it?
The rest of the PC specification would be helpful.

I don't see any attachments.

What are you talking about? Ram modules are not supposed to fit in any slot other than the correct memory slot...

If you're talking about the video memory on you graphics card, then it's absolutely non-related. Don't worry. If your pc's got an PCI-e x16 slot and your card is also PCI-e, there are no limitations as to compatibility (as long as your power supply can cope with the load). For that matter, you could stick a GTX Titan 6gig of GDDR5 on a 462 socket motherboard and would be fine (although a HUGE bottleneck would be observed)

Like unreal said... What card are you considering?

Yes you have pci-e slot which theoretically will support a galaxy of cards. Although, with a 450w power supply your choice of appropriate cards is somewhat limited.

Oh and from your picture, it looks like yo only have a single ram module. If you're upgrading might want to grab a matching ddr2 stick for dual channel operation.

If you were planning on investing a few hundred in a video card, it might be worth while to consider a MB and CPU upgrade instead. I priced out a AMD A series setup recently and its surprising how inexpensively you can assemble a fairly capable machine these days.

Darn it, you've got to be kidding me...

You're better off with your onboard video, man! That card offers very little performance-wise! That costs what, 30US$? Dude... i'm really impressed and shocked.

Your machine is very outdated (old), and the best matching card for you would be an 9800 GT with 1gig ddr3 128bits.

You would gain MUCH by upgrading to an AMD APU A8 set with an entry level motheboard from Asrock, Asus, MSI, ECS or Gigabyte. Any 4gigs of ram would be very adequate.

If you can't afford to spend a couple hundred dollars, you're locked in place. It's not worth doing anything. Just gather more money and when you got more to spend, come back and people will help you.
