If you want to play games, get atleaset Sapphire HD 6570 1 GB. Costs 4480 on Flipkart.
More than 1 GB will never be used at your resolution. No use getting 2 GB card.
If you can't extend your budget go for Sapphire HD 6450 1 GB DDR3. Available at 2700 on Flipkart.

My psu is 450w. I wanna put gainward nvidia gt610 2gb. or should I go with 1GB?

Okay then suggest me some pls. Since Im a Indian user my budget is around 3,000 rs.

It depends. Every gfx inferior than HD 7750 or GT 640 are entry-level IMO.

So it looks you don't have much budget. May u consider HD 7750/GT 640 first.(Notify that HD 7750 should equip GDDR5 vRAM or its performance will drop a lot by using DDR3 vRAM). Or at least, HD 5570/6570/6670 or GT 440/630, and choose GDDR5 version of these gfx first if available.
