You do not have a desktop but a notebook.

Upgrading stuff in it unless it is designed to be upgraded is not possible. In your notebook, only RAM can be increased from 4 GB to 8 GB. Nothing else.

external gpu's are a possibility with the right outputs on the laptop, but it is unlikely.

A laptop in most cases has its power supply functions fully utilized and has no room for more stuff. That reminds me, in most cases there is no room for a GPU in the laptop too.

It also voids the warranty and also makes laptop run hotter which somewhat reduces the life of the laptop.

Not recommended after looking at various negative points of installing anything major in a notebook. I would suggest buying a gaming desktop instead (Buying parts and assembling it).
