Here are the specs I'm going for:

Apevia x-trooper
Asus ROG Crosshair V Formula-z
AMD FX-8350 (Overclocking it to 5GHz, I need to use an additional 4 pin power connector with the 8 pin)
2x GTX 660
1x GTX 640 for PhysX
16GB Patriot 1600mhz ram
1tb 7200rpm
64gb ssd
Rasa RX240 Liquid cooling kit
Aerocool V12XT LCD Large Touch Screen Fan Controller

So... Will this PSU do the job or not? Can you recommend a fairly cheap psu that I could use?

Wait, so the pci-express connector will be used as the 4 pin connector to provide additional power to my cpu?

The 4 and 8 pin CPU connectors are seperate from the PCIe connectors.

Also, 750w minimum recommended for this setup. You will be ~675-700w at load. When a PSU is pushed near its limit efficiency drops a little and the cooling fan usually comes on full blast. I suggest a 850w-950w or better if you want better efficiency and quieter operation.
