In a big trouble. I was creating a drive from unallocated space in windows 8. But suddenly hanged. So i pressed the power button to turn off my laptop forcefully. But now no os is loading. I had dual boot of fedora and windows 8. Tried booting with bootable windows usb and also from bootable fedora live but none is loding. Tried dell diagonastics. My hardware passes all the test. Please help.

The error i get during loading linux distros like fedora or gparted is "kernel panic, out of memory, no process to kill."

Solution
Take out the RAM and HDD, then put them back properly. If you can get to the BIOS then reset the BIOS to its default. And one more thing you can try if you could try to take out the CMOS battery for 5 min. then put it back. See how it works.
