Will Radeon 7750 1 GB GDDR 5 work ?

My PSU is MS Industral KY-400ATX P4 ( 400 w ) i know it sucks but im tight on budget so will it even boot up? later im gonna get a new PSU ( after i get 7750 )

CPU:AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7 Ghz
RAM One Stick of 2 GB
GPU:Nvidia GeForce 210 ( im gonna replace it with 7750 )
HDD: 1 x Caviar Blue 500 GB
One Optical Drive
2 fans + 1 CPU if i have too im not gonna use those case fans but they take only 4 w so 2 of them it's 8 w
MOBO: ASUS M2N68-AM SE2

let me give you the advantages and disadvantages to for getting a bad psu

Advantage
1.you may get LUCKY and the psu may support your system without any crash or failure
2.you can save money
3.since the hd7750 only consumes 55w at max load there might not be any problem

Disadvantage
1.YOU may: experience frequent system crashes(if the psu malfunctions which most likley to happen after a very few months of normal working)
2. humid condition may affect the working condition of a bad psu
3 .capacitors used in bad psu are not so good.they may even pop at the worse case.also capacitors in ---a badpsu due to aging causes a lot of...

Disadvantage

4 AT WORST YOUR SYSTEM MIGHT GET FRIED DUE TO SHORT CIRCUIT(AT THE WORST CASE)

there is a lot of others problems so its best recommended to get a good psu at the beginning of a system build
buy a gpu later and get a good psu

if you still feel lucky go for the bad psu and never overclock
