which upgrade is better for me?

hello everybody.. first of all i would like to say hello to all of the members. i am new to the community and i am quite impressed with all the helpful topics here. i have the foll pc specs: intel i3-530 lga1156 and ati hd radeon 5670 1gb gddr5 and a 7200rpm wd hdd.. if i want to upgrade any one component of these, what should that be? considering pc gaming as priority. ie should i up the cpu/gpu/ buy a ssd and install my games on that. now most of the games run at low to med settings.

yes i m frm india. budget would be around 10k.. i suppose nvidia gtx 650ti would come at that range.. but i dont know about the processors since my mobo ga-h55m-usb3 only support first gen cpus

i have a 460w gigabyte psu.. i dn remember the exact model no. would it be enough for gtx 650ti.. i am using 2 hdd 2tb+1tb, 2x4gb ram corsair vengeance, i3-530

i live in punjab.. so the nearest pc buying store would be at chandigarh.. and is the galaxy cards service center available at chandigarh? i think ill go for 650ti with a psu upgrade to about seasonic eco500 or so??whats say?

thnks.. but wouldnt ati 7850 be better than 650ti boost since the price is more or less the same?? the benchmarks are higher for 7850
