2GB or 4GB of RAM?

I am building a gaming PC for $2,000 or less this fall. Though I am debating between a GTX 760 and 770, I am leaning toward the 760 for price/performance reasons. I will possibly be connecting this PC to a 65-inch LED TV. Would I be better off with 2GB or 4GB of RAM on the video card?

2GB cards are better they can't use the 4GB properly. It's based on the gtx 680's so it will be similar to the 700 series. http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Video-Card-Performance-2GB-vs-4GB-Memory-154/
