Differences between these 2 RAM chips -

I have narrowed it down between these 2 sets of ram.
I just want to know if there is that much of a difference in the 2.
Is the CAS that big of a deal ?

thats what I was wondering, does it make a noticeable difference.. I was thinking it does not.

Something else I was thinking, wouldnt it be better to get the Cas 8 for upgrade reasons, like if I was to add another chip down the road... The Cas 7 are kinda rare from what I see, might be hard to find or discontinued by then.
