Urgent Help needed, please!

Guys, Today I was installing fresh windows and while installing I formatted the whole C drive partition but I forgot to back up my data and I have a 9 GB Game in my downloads folder and forgot to store it in other drive. And now I tried to restore it with stellar phoenix software but I wasn't able to find my game in downloads folder. Please tell me what do I do so that I can recover my game back :-( Please anyone help ?

1. Invent a time machine
2. Go back to before you started this
3. Save that 9GB file elsewhere
4. Proceed

Or...take this as a lesson on why you need a backup procedure.

You Techsavvy guys must have any solution for my prob ? Please guys I don't wanna go through horror of downloading that 9 GB file with a slow speed :( It took me a week to download it And then I lost it.
