Hi there, i purchased the Value Series corsair 4gb 1600 mhz.

That means, it kinda sux right? will i face any problems?

The memory looks fine except the CL timings being a little on the slower side but you may not notice the difference. Since, you already have purchased the memory you can try installing the memory.
But the compatibility depends on the mobo and CPU. If your mobo and CPU can handle this speed then surely you will not face any issues. Good luck with the upgrade.
