Hello everybody, I am requesting that one of you please help me in the making of this crap PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is your budget ? 250 and under /300 MAX without shipping and tax. USD $$

When are you purchasing the parts ? About a week or two from now.

What are your needs ? I need this to run BF3 on Low settings at 25+ FPS smoothly. That's all.

Your expectations from the PC: None

Your location : West Orange, New Jersey, USA

Your preferred sellers/websites : Amazon

Your part choices : None

Are you upgrading or taking parts from any older PC/laptop ? Only a lightscribe DVD R+W Drive.

Do you plan to upgrade this PC ? No

Do you need a OS or any other software ? No

Do you need any Monitor ? No

Thank you for taking the time to read this. BTW the reason I have my budget low is because I want to be able to play on pc, just not with extravagant settings and hardware. The build i'm asking for should be pretty close the minimum requirements but I couldn't choose myself because I lack PC knowledge. Resolution I will play on (I think it's my monitor resolution) is 1152 x 864.

Wow $300 max for a rig? Without OS or monitor I think I could "cobble" his out.
Masters in this forum, plz check out if this rig would work:

Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1kezP/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1kezP/benchmarks/

CPU: AMD A8-3850 2.9GHz Quad-Core Processor ($78.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A75M-DS2 Micro ATX FM1 Motherboard ($50.38 @ Newegg)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($35.99 @ Microcenter)
Storage: Toshiba 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.98 @ Outlet PC)
Case: NZXT Gamma Classic (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair...
I don't think this is even possible with that budget. Not sure why you would even want to play battlefield on the lowest settings and low frame rate.

You could always join the military for a truly immersive experience and some extra cash on hand, the only playable mode is hardcore with no respawn though, sorry.

My thought is:
1. I've seen my dude who has a A6-3400M laptop can run this game in low settings lol (A6-3400m + HD 6630M Dual Graphics), so this APU has 2x CPU freq and I can guarantee it will run 30 +/- fps in low settings.

2. This A8-3850's IGP, HD 6550D, is equivalent with a HD 6570 gfx, so this guy can get an entry-level graphic card in the A8 CPU bundle. (W/ 1600Mhz dual channel RAM the IGP can gain a decent memory bandwidth like a normally HD 6570 gfx did)

3. $300 can only build up such rig I can imagine. I'm glad that Llano APUs are still in the market so I can come out with this build. Quad-core A8 APU should be enough to handle low setting in BF3 although I know this game is CPU-intensive.

Bunderhound's right, if u really interested in military games, why not become a GI?
