I have finally put all of the advice given to me together, and will soon finish deciding the parts for my gaming and editing build. For one last piece of advice, I would like you to put together 2 builds (or give me advice about a build) (No budget but as cheap as possible) that will run almost any game at 1920x1080 w/ 60+ FPS and MAX settings as well as a build that will do the same for 5260x1080. If you only want to do one, please do the firdst. Thanks!

Well, that is up to you. If you want to include them, then yes. Since I didn't give you a budget (I dont really have 1). I will be doing photo editing and video editing and some rendering.

Thanks so much this helped a lot! The only thing I am skeptical of, will a single 770 be able to play Crysis 3 at Max settings while getting at least 40 FPS? (Preferably 60+)

At 1080p with lesser AA, yes. for 5760x1080, you'll want an SLI build.
