So it has been roughly 5+ years? I think it might be longer then that but ya.

My current setup has changed since I first bought the case. So it has been with me with 2 setups and I think I have gotten to a point where I think it is time to change it.

My current case is a Cooler Master HAF 922.
I am thinking to get Fractal Design XL R2.

I have always gone Tall and not medium because of my worry that my video card won't fit. Of course the reason I am thinking of this from the start is, well the noise. I don't believe my computer is loud by any means, actually I don't think it is. The part that has started to bug me is the buffering noise from the large fans of the case.

*I do clean my case almost weekly so*

My current setup is.

Mobo: ASUS P8268-V Pro/Gen 3
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k
Power: Corsair TX850 V2
GPU: ASUS GTX 670 Direct CU 2
FAN: Cooler Master Hyper 212+

Do you think me switching to XL R2 would last me? At the start of my current case, I did a terrible job at keeping it clean. So I think I'm sort of suffering from that now.

Any ideas or help would be nice, thank you.

I can see no reason to upgrade ya case.

I have stepped down from full towers myself .... I find with the more efficient CPUs, PSUs and GPUs I just don't need the space. the Fractal is a great case for the money, but I do a lot of SLI builds and case temps are just fine. The Corsair 500R is down to $70 on newegg and has 10 fan mounts
