A regular 770 would cost me £318, the Overclocked edition would cost me £340~ and the 4gb edition would cost me £380.
Is there any notable (10fps+) performance boost for the extra £20-60
If it helps, the system the card would be used in is listed below

Solution
the overclocked edition has no benefits when you can do that yourself and as for the 4gb card, it doesnt perform a jack better than the 2gb card
get this instead
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/1kiq5

-not a cheap liquid cooler
-i dont see any justification of getting a gryphon board. it doesnt perform better. has about the same IO, yet it costs 20 pounds extra
-thought you may need some ram
-better SSD although the v300 is fine
-upgraded the hard drive
-i highly doubt you need such an expensive adaptor
-the msi card is 40 pounds cheaper, performs better, runs cooler, and is built better all at the same time
-better psu
-a note is that the case without the window is only 80 pounds vs 90 for a window

The reasoning behind the liquid cooler wasnt so much that it would perform better than an air cooler but that it would make the internals look cleaner. I can't believe I forgot the ram *doh*
My reasoning behind the gryphon was the Overclocking potential, up to 4.6 vs the reported 4.4 on the DH3/D3H - results i saw in the CustomPC magazine. If my source was incorrect however, I would change it back.
Thank you for the other suggestions though. Could you suggest a good haswell certified 600w + PSU as i wish to try Overclocking with this build.
(Have changed gpu to Msi 770)

a) they dont perform much better. they will not make or break a overclock when all the chips are limited to around 4.5ghz anyways. if you are looking for asthetics, you may as well just get custom watercooling

they overclock the same. the gigabyte actually has a upper hand from the higher quality IR powerstages. purely depends on how lucky you are with the chip and not so much the board. the differences are negligble

pretty much every proper modern psu is haswell ready. a xfx 550w is fine. the cx 600 doesnt even supply 600w
