my pc has 8gb ram but it only uses 3.16 gb of ram how do i fix it without opining my pc cause im afraid il do something wrong

isnt there a program or something that can fix ram issue that im having please

You are perfectly fine, windows only uses that much stock.....Really nothing to worry about.

nothing to worry about? all the games are running at 20-30 fps no matter what quietly im using

What are your specs? Do you have minecraft? Install advanced system care and open up smart RAM, if you have minecraft, download MultiMC, and try launching with an amount of RAM that goes over 3.5gb's of RAM, is you get an error code, please copy and paste it here.

No dude just wuit being a retard, right click on my computer and then hit properties. There it will tell you that you have 8 gb of ram, windows only uses 3.5 on average. If your system needs the ram when running programs it just uses it and then task manager says that ram is being used. YOU DONT NEED YOUR RAM ALL BEING USED AT ONCE. Also windows 7 should almost never use over 4 gb of ram just idling.....Also buy a graphics card and stop complaining.

Ps go download some CPU while you are at it.
