can i have my pc have run full 8GB of RAM?

my was 3.16 GB but i fixed it by it going to 7.16GB it used to be 7.90 GB

but now i wanna fully fix the RAM thing

can i make it 8GB RAM usable?

and why is the CPU 3.40GHZ 3.39GHz

it used to say both of them 3.40 GHz i dont know how it changed im not sure if its important to gaming or not?

Go to "'msconfig'" either Home buttons+R(Windows 8) or start menu(Windows 7). From there, under the boot tab, there is an advance option. Configure to your needs, there will be an option for "maximum memory."

For 3.4ghz and 3.39ghz, gaming won't be noticeable, even if it is 3.9ghz, your CPU frequency fluctuates depends on the needs your PC requires at that time. Sometimes at general web browsing, my CPU ran at 1.5ghz
