Hey guys!
I have a pair of USB headphones that i had to replace, the previous ones worked fine until my dog chewed them. When they started to go out and my room mate messed with settings to try to get them to work.. The issue is now that i have a new pair when i plug them into the USB port windows doesn't even recognize there are headphones in ( normally you hear the noise and windows tells you there is a device plugged in ). It doesn't do any of that.. Let me go over the trouble shooting i did so far:

- I plugged the headset into a different computer to see if it was a bad headset.. It worked just fine

- I tried to plug something else into the same USB port (just a little flash drive) to see if it was a bad port .. It worked just fine

- I tried to look in the device manager to see if something was wrong or had an ! on it.. there was none

- I tried going into command prompt and going into services.msc and restarting the Audio point .. Again nothing.

- I tried plugin them into a different port just to see what would happen but again they are not even detected.

- I tried to go into my playback devices and make sure show disabled devices was checked.. it was

A little more info. I have Windows 8 and my Speakers work just fine.. just this USB headset issue.

Thank you all for your time
