Hello, I was wondering what is the difference between the same graphics card model but made by different company? For example, what is the difference between an AMD graphics card that says ASUS or Zotac on it? Doesn't AMD make the graphics card? Or does AMD give ASUS or Zotac the design and ASUS or Zotac makes it?

There can be many differences. Quality of the components used is a big one. Cooling is another. Usually the GPU manufacture (Nvidia and AMD) will design a card and use it as a reference design. The card manufactures can use that design or make their own (some do both) and use custom PCBs and coolers for the card allowing for better cooling and overclocking.

They give the company the design, and the company does whatever the hell they want with it, really.
There are differences, though. Some companies make cards with better cooling systems, some companies have terrible customer service...
