Hi, would it be better to make a gaming pc build with an intel i-5 3570k with an Asus P8Z77-V LK or an amd fx-8350 with an ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0? Thanks.

The 3570k does tend to be the better gaming CPU, but the AMD is usually cheaper. So I would go with what the budget allows. Possible by going with the cheaper 8350 you could get a faster video card
Thanks for the feedback, I think I will go with the 3570k. I would only have saved 5 dollars going amd so I don't think I could have put it to good use for the gpu.
Starbucks maybe You'll be happy with it, I'll be building a Haswell or two for business, but have a feeling I'll be sticking with my 3570K more than using them, unless I get a really good Haswell CPU out of the two I'm planning
I was just looking at amazon and I can get a Haswell i5-4670k with a gigabyte GA-Z87-D3HP for twenty dollars more and I can go for it, what do you think?
Your call I don't know what budget if any you have and I try and help out here as I would with my clients and we always set a budget to start, but sure, can always go for it

If you're getting a HASWELL CPU, get the one with a batchcode that starts with L310 those are the good overclocker ones L311's are one of the bad ones.
