i lost 30 fps in all my games

today i wanted to play battlefield 3 and even if i play at low quilty its still give me 20-50 fps

it used to be 80-70 fps i have no idea what happened

all i had was RAM issue and that was it was only using 3GB of RAM instead of 7.90GB of ram and i fixed it but even though i fixed it

its still the same is there anyway fixing it?

hello

i am using 64bit and my pc spec is gtx555 / i7-2600 @4.40GHz

and i did that already i used pc cleaner and i used avg 2013 and i used disk cleanup i cleaned everything in my computer but i believe i have a file in a computer that needs to be deleted but i dont know how il find it since theres like millions of files in a pc and i dont even know how it got there when i havet downloaded everything a week
