I recently purchased and SSD to install my OS and games on and I wiped my old HDD to use for my other stuff. Well I'm installing programs on the other drive and I created a folder for them. Well halfway through re installing programs, I accidentally deleted that folder(I use shift click to bypass recycling bin out of habit). So I'm in the process of re installing everything
and was just wondering if there was a way to stop that folder from being deleted. I don't want to lock the folder because as I download new stuff, I'll be installing to said folder. Is there a safeguard for this(yes i know it even prompts you to make sure, but being a fast happy clicker I'd prefer to just prevent this from happening again)?
Even selecting the folder and checking read-only still allows me to delete.
