I'm currently using a Logitech G390 with 7.1 surround, and Bas/Tre set both at 12.

Now I began watching Cloverfield >>Spoilers>> ,

and I'm a few minutes into the bridge scene where it starts breaking and everything goes apeshit. However, I realized my audio, and surround sound is on mind you, starts going in the shitter. By this I mean the bass is breaking and cracking, of which is the best way I can describe it. And I've realized it in other flicks as well.

My question is if there is a headset out there that can handle said levels of bass? If so, could you recommend said headset?

Or am I doing something wrong?

Or am I dumbshit?

Thanks a ton.

well, if you don't have a decent sound card that speaker of yours is not worth much more than any tesco grade 5 usd "buy one, get one free" headphones...
also, since I'm not being much of a fan of headsets and virtual surround in particular, all I can recommend you for now is to get a decent cans and a clip-on mike - will do much better job than any headset...
