MSI Z87-G45 gaming mother board

I want to be able to over clock but it says in the bios that the CPU ratio cant be changed. so i have two questions...

1. is there a way to get it so i can just change the ratio?

or

2. Does somebody have a good oc profile that they have saved and that they are willing to let me use? i would want at lease 4.0GHz and my processor is a i-7 4770K.

Yes i have updated to the lastest bios. The firmware is 1.3 the latest.
