System won't pull too many watts due to the lower-end GPU, however if you plan to upgrade your GPU, this leaves upgrade room too:

Get this it would have enuf room for u to o.c. And even a higher card like gtx 760

Yeah! Thats My Planned Machine. I am From Venezuela. In my country i only have 400 Dolars Over a Year To make electronic Purchase. So i am going to buy a I7 3770K 319.99=320$. And i Have left 80$ To buy The PSU. So Whats is the Best Brand That i Can buy?

U can get a corsair xfx or seasonic psu with 550w-600w whichever is cheaper and put the extra money for a 7770 ghz version instead f gt640

well you are wasting your money on Plastic and metal , instead of getting the real PC...
for example why did you pick the expensive HAF-X ? HAF X is for 2000$ machines .. put the money in the graphic card ...
same goes for the RAm you only need 2x4=8G
and how on earth are you saying your budget is 400$ ? are you buying the CPU and power alone ?

No u r not goin blind xfx supply gives u 53amps of current but the seasonic would give 45amps
This would be a huge perfrmance diff from the seasonic and enable u to even power cards like gtx 760 and 770

Good choice! And it has 45 +12v amps, not 37, with many very good reviews. It is more
than sufficient to power any single GPU(incl gtx760.770,hd7970) system except the very few top end cards,
which are well over $400 anyways.
You don't need the xfx 650, if the Seasonic 550 is cheaper for you, buy it, or the
XFX550 sophiebeth suggested.
