Graphics Card Just Won't Work!

My Graphics card is a Quadro FX 3500 on a Fujitsu R640 computer and i'm trying to put a GeForce GTX 660 on it but when i put in in it doesnt even load bios its not the Display Wires or my Moniter and i just don't know whats wrong! Can someone PLEASE help me so i can play dem HD Gaimz (BL2 on Ultra :D)

I initially thought "that's a PCI-Express 1.0 motherboard," but because it's not (it's 1.1), the GPU should work. I'm going to guess power supply, here, because that machine is pretty old, I doubt the PSU has aged well, no matter how many Watts it says it has. That's a workstation machine, so it's been rode hard, presumably.

I have enough wattage for my card and the 660 and the younger version of this computer the Fujitsu R630 could use it perfectly so im guessing some setting in the bios
