the only question that i have is will it work on this mobo with the fx4100?

Get a h212 evo cooler

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£22.85 @ CCL Computers)

Or

Nzxt x40 liquid cooler

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X40 98.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (£77.28 @ Scan.co.uk)

The nzxt x40 even outperforms h100i
And the h212 evo is olmst at par with h100

And if u dont wanna extend ur budget the get this

The cooler would fit in that case just measure the hieght of the case from the base of mother board to confirm
By the way i m sure it will fit but u might have to remove the upper led fan on the side
