Dell Vostro 200 desktop will not load

Any help as to why my Dell Vostro 200 desktop will not load at start-up. Sounds fine but no icons are coming up. Thanks.

Hi Rdjcambell

The Problem may be due to a corrupt startup file, Program or Hard Drive failure. You can first start with running a diagnostic on PC. If the entire test passes, check if you are able to boot into safe mode by tapping F8 at the start. You can also perform a system restore to resolve the issue- if you are able to boot normally in safe mode. ( Check the link for all the steps ).
