Is the Razer Sabertooth Elite functional with MW3 on PC in anyway?

I have Xpadder but read a review that this contoller is not functional with that and Razer offers no software of their own for this controller. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826153118

I have considered simply getting a Razer Nostromo and a better mouse perhaps the Deathhadder or the Logitech G500. But if there is a simple controller option I would like to take that route. Tried a regular controller but it's a no go with Xpadder also because there are just too many keyboard commands to map to the controller. For example just when I though i had mapped eveything I needed I played and realized i needed to map a button for every killstreak slot.

There are no options to simply map the controller like it would be a console and that's fine until it became an issue with how many keys I had. There enough buttons on the Razer Sabertooth to compensate for this but Xpadder cannot map all the extra keys of the Sabertooth according to a review on it. Anyhow I would like the best input you guys could give or any experience with this controller as far as MW3 goes? Or maybe even how you mapped your gamepad to MW3?

Do you know why it won't let you map to the other buttons? It looks like if the PC supports the controller you should be able to map all the buttons in XPadder, it can control up to 16 controllers at once so I would assume it could do 1 with more buttons.

When I try to set multiple functions it doesn't work for example I found a command on the controls menu in the game that says "change stance" set it to B and I can change between prone, crouch and standing with the one button. But For killstreaks there was no specific command to swap between them and when I try to assign all four to a single button it doesn't work it removes the last one and its a real pain LOL.

Idk if you have any alternative options but that would be great if not its ok I can just consider the Razer Nostromo and perhaps the deathhadder. Although if you do have any clue on how to get the controller functional with MW3 that would be great also. And no when I plug in a controller MW3 is not readily compatible with a gamepad from what I can tell.
