I am going to move to another country and i will go by plane. My case is NZXT Vulcan. I want to ask if i can carry this on the plane as carry-on luggage, not check in. Is there any suitcase that will fit this case? Thank you!

Your airline will be the one to ask this question. They may have restrictions on weight or dimensions of carry-on luggage. Call them up and see what they say.

As far as I know, the dimension and weight are ok with the airline. What I wonder is how to carry my pc. Should I remove all the parts or how should i do it?

Like I said, this is best answered by the airline. They are aware of any/all restrictions and are best suited to give you advice on how, if at all, to bring it aboard the plane.
